Information you provide

When you contact CYBRA, we collect the name, email address, company, area of interest and message you submit. We use this information to assess your enquiry, respond and manage the resulting business conversation.

How enquiries are handled

Enquiries are stored on our hosting infrastructure in Germany. Access is restricted to authorized personnel who manage the website and business enquiries. Our email provider, Resend, also processes the enquiry to deliver a notification to our team. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information or confidential infrastructure data.

Technical information

The server processes basic request information, including IP addresses, to deliver the website and protect the contact form against abuse. The website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Retention

Website enquiries are retained for up to 12 months unless needed for an ongoing business relationship or another applicable obligation. Encrypted-in-transit offsite backups are rotated after 14 days, so deleted information may remain in restricted backups until that rotation completes. Technical security logs are rotated separately. You can ask us to review or delete enquiry information by contacting the address below.

To request access, correction or deletion of information you have submitted, or to ask a privacy question, email info@cybra.io. We may ask for information to verify your request.
